Every home and family is different, and so are your needs. We will schedule an intake meeting to go over what makes your home tick and what services you are interested in us taking off your plate

Trained and insured professionals conduct scheduled visits to your home. During each visit, we perform a comprehensive inspection, covering both the interior and exterior of your property. Our detailed and customizable checks include, but are not limited to:

• Interior Scan: Checking for signs of water leaks (under sinks, around appliances), unusual odors, pest activity, proper functioning of AC/heating, and general security.
• Exterior Scan: Inspecting for signs of forced entry, storm damage, landscaping issues, proper function of outdoor lighting, and package delivery.
• Utilities Check: Ensuring water, electricity, and gas are functioning correctly- refreshing plumbing reservoirs if needed.
• Security Check: Verifying all doors and windows are securely locked, checking alarm systems, and ensuring gates are closed.
• Mail & Deliveries: Collecting mail, newspapers, and packages to prevent accumulation and give your home a lived-in appearance.
• Plant Care: Watering plants as per your instructions (optional service).
• Storm Preparation & Recovery: Before and after severe weather, we can take steps to secure your property and assess any damage.

After each visit, you'll receive a detailed report, often with photos, directly to your email. This report will highlight our findings, confirm all checks were completed, and immediately notify you of any concerns or issues that require attention. If we discover an urgent problem, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the best course of action.

Should an issue arise, we don't just report it; we help resolve it. With your authorization, we can coordinate with trusted local contractors (plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc.) for necessary repairs.
